A primary component of the Sequel TSI workforce development philosophy is the improvement of an employee's education.

Our employees enjoy a progressive orientation period of three to four weeks upon their start date at our programs.

This intensive program-specific training assures continuous individual growth and skills development and a strong culture of teamwork. Additionally, we encourage ongoing individual professional development, research and scholarship.
